This 6,000 SF one story retail building is designed to accommodate up to three food oriented tenants in a prominent corner of Thousand Oaks, California. The layout includes a variety of covered and uncovered patio areas for each tenant. The scope included replanning the entire site to increase parking and accommodate a new trash enclosure, new electrical vehicle charging stations, and new landscaping.
