BBA prepared a mixed-use redevelopment project for the Ventura Pier. The original concept included building condominiums above the existing parking structure and preparing a conceptual layout for the pier itself. While the condos were not built, BBA’s suggestions for the restaurant and pier entrance reconfiguration were adopted in the final reconstruction.
