Designed to have minimal impact to the site and the oaks, this one-level office building over secure surface parking perfectly integrates onto the slope with a modern sloped roof profile and carefully placed floor levels that reduce grading and retaining wall exposures. Also, it creates two generous patio areas directly off the office space and the two story entry lobby. Despite the radical grade differentials, the design provides for full disabled access to all its levels via walkways and ramps. The ramps are creatively hidden behind the primary sign wall at the street side of the building. The building is oriented to capture some of the most dramatic valley views in the area.
