Using Spartan materials, such as textured concrete block and painted steel, this 12-plex, located in the community of Littleton, Colorado creates a modern simple design. The main feature is the low-slung arched canopy that extends into the interior of the large lobby and concessions space. As with many of the theatres created during this period, the economic success depended on the efficient layout and capacity of the theatre. This theatre provided one of the most compact and cost effective layouts possible.
