Mann Criterion

Originally built in 1923 and located along the Third Street Promenade in Santa Monica, this two story 6-plex theatre sits behind a three story mixed use building called "The Criterion". The renovation of this theatre required precision detail to the exterior which had to be preserved and in some cases recreated.
