This small 5,000 SF retail building was designed in a style that complemented an adjacent building and complied with the local "Old Town" architectural design guidelines of the area. The use of batten siding, wood cornices, and used brick walls were carefully developed and detailed to give an authentic and well crafted quality to the building.
