This new 14-plex was located on a pad within an existing shopping center. The design incorporates a spacious 2-level lobby and mezzanine with an illuminated vaulted ceiling. Extensive use of neon and specialty lighting is used together with polished finishes to create an exciting and dynamic interior. BBA was responsible for both the exterior architecture and the interior design of the building.
