DUCATI UNIVERSE LAS VEGAS

BBA Architecture was commissioned to develop a new concept for an ALL DUCATI building in Las Vegas. The design concept for the building came from using the shape of the legendary Mugello track in Italy where all Ducati are tested and raced. The extrusion of the track creates a dynamic and fluid exterior that embodies the sexy reparation of this brand. The building housed Ducati collection showrooms, a museum of Ducati history, a Ducati sales facility, Ducati social spaces, a street side and rooftop bar and underground motorcycle parking. The exterior surf is a metal using Ducati's signature red color. Also along the exterior wall there is a long curving video wall that could show motorcycle races happening all over the world. One interesting feature was the introduction of the Mugello finish line arch as the entrance for all the motorcycles coming to the building.
