Dos Vientos Town Center Master Plan

Newbury Park, California

This master plan incorporates a 70,000 square foot community commercial center and 20,000 square foot YMCA while incorporating various family oriented activity zones including a children’s play area and outdoor movie area for special events. The plan also integrates a 171 unit town-home project, a 128-unit apartment project, and a 1.4 acre community park.
