BBA is helping develop a retreat for visual and musical artists in the Conejo Valley. The location would serve as a place for world renown master artists to become temporary residents along with additional rooms and studios for potential students to come and learn. The goal is to keep the site as natural as possible while integrating the proposed compound of studios, rehearsal rooms, and a central performance and exhibition space for the general community to come view or listen to music or art created at the retreat.
