BBA was retained to prepare a master plan for the existing commercial district in the City. The plan proposed a series of street and building improvements that would expand and enhance the walkability of the area. The plan also proposed a gateway structure to better define the community to freeway travelers as well as providing architectural design suggestions for all new developments.
